Hi, I’m Julia. I am the PCF school rep for Upton High and live in Chester with my husband and 2 children.

Both are diagnosed with various SEN and we have navigated the highs and lows of this for over 12 years.

Following our journey I was keen to join the PCF to help where I could to support other parents and contribute to improving the experiences of young people.
